Multi-Material Horizontal Baler

NEXGEN's Gemini-Xtreme is a moderate duty, closed-end horizontal baler that allows you to process a variety of material such as PET, aluminum or steel cans, paper, plastics, OCC, newsprint, and similar material with no fluffing or preconditioning. STEALTH Baler
Most affordable horizontal baler for OCC on the market

With its large feed opening of 46" x 60", you can produce OCC bales that weigh more than 1600 pounds. The STEALTH baler is specially designed for baling corrugated cardboard. It is capable of baling 2-3 tons per hour. Features and benefits include; through the door or sides tie-off, self-contained power unit, electrical disconnect, manual controls, and start-up alarm. Optional features offered include; photocell controls, bale made alarm, chute feed hopper, conveyor controls and oil heater.

Closed End Baler
Processes a wide variety of materials

NEXGEN's Closed-End Balers can be configured to your specifications with bale sizes from 30"x42" to 48"x42", charge box opening lengths from 30" to 84", motors with 20, 30, and 50 horsepower, and 6" - 10" cylinder bores. Features and benefits include; rotary bale length gauge which activates bale made light automatically with no flag pole to engage or disengage, serrated body shear blade, reversible and replaceable ram shear blade, programmable controller, bale made light, lower photo cell, chute or hand feed hopper, spring loaded retainer dogs, "power on" light, heavy duty power pack 460 volt, power disconnect switch, center position valve, 10 micron return line filter, and 100 mesh suction line strainer.

TIEger Auto-Tie Baler

The Open-End Auto-Tie balers can process recyclable materials from 1 to 25 tons per hour. The multiple tension bands, combined with NEXGEN's Advanced Control Program, produce a steady throughput of more dense and even bales. Other features include: programmable controller with digital bale length counter and computer diagnostics (50HP and above), upper and lower photocells, electrical disconnect, quiet running vane pumps, reversible and replaceable shear blade, and much more.
