Starlight Model front loader is suited for commercial and residential use. Because of the strength to weight ratio, payload and chassis can be matched to ensure a longer service life, particularly on the frame, tires and suspension. The simple clean design uses fewer parts that break down less. Life parts include; arm and fork torque tube bearings, packer blade shoe and track surfaces and the body floor. Comfort is guaranteed with armrest adjustments, control positions and field of view designed according to workstation ergonomics, which means higher driver satisfaction.

With over a year of finite element analysis on every part of the SL body, excess weight could be eliminated without sacrificing any strength. The resulting lighter payload means fewer trips to the landfill for this super light commercial and residential front loader. The Livepower hydraulic system means power is always available even under maximum operating conditions. The tailgate compression seal is P-rubber that is both long lasting and provides a positive seal even when damaged which stops accidental leakage of liquids. The flat packer blade design reduces rollover when packing. This enables a clean sweep and full ejection of packed material. Optional shoe and track surfaces last the lifetime of the body.

The Superduty Commercial front loader uses a new concept of rounded body floor which equals less wear and can last the life of the body. A toughened hopper withstands the daily abuse of rock-hard materials. Negotiating low hanging wires is not a problem due to the reduced height of 12'5" and the low profile rounded wind wings for trouble-free wire deflection. A heavy-duty top door ensures containment of difficult materials such as construction refuse when packing. The electrical system is simple, ultra-reliable and easy to maintain. It does not use proxy switches. Torque tube bearing surfaces have almost three times the surface area as compared to the industry standard. These bearings last the service life of the body. The residential package is designed to maximize the productivity of a solo operator. All curbside controls are located for easy operator access. The curbside accessible controls include; joystick for arm-fork control, Autopack, Autostop and blade return. The main control box swivels for access from both sides. Tipper controls can be located either on the arm or the container. A decal valve for arm-down function ensures that the container is not brought down too fast and accidentally impact the ground. Quick disconnect hydraulics rapidly convert the unit back to a commercial application. Tipper options include; no tipper, single tipper in any position and dual tippers.

The Express manual side loader has a proven body that lasts the service life of the chassis. The chromium overlay shoe and track surfaces have extra long service life. Twin hoist cylinders add greater stability when dumping at the landfill. An elevated hydraulic tank stops pump cavitations. A rear facing crusher panel located at the hopper front improves compaction. The lower loading height, as well as the low-step walk-in cab makes for an operator friendly side loader.
